The value of the Tree is determined by the Trunk Formula Method (TFM) of the Council of Tree & Landscape Appraisers (CTLA) if not being relocated. The value of Palms that are not being relocated and could be (such as native Sabal palms) are determined by the Replacement Cost method (RCM).
